Jan Paul works as a self-employed brewing consultant and is active worldwide. Before that he has been a well-known face in the Danish brewing scene with his position as the brewmaster of Svaneke Bryghus. His background in brewing engineering from TU Munich (Weihenstephan) and his passion for passing on knowledge have lead to many lecturing jobs around the globe. In his company JP Brewing Consulting Jan Paul has a strong focus on microbiology, yeast management and sustainable technologies.
