Tobias Emil Jensen

Founder and Spiritmaker at EtOH Spirits.

By training, Tobias holds a masters degree in Brewing Science and Technology, as well as Diploma Brewery Engineer. External lecturer at University of Copenhagen for Brewing students and bachelor students. External examiner at the Institute of Food Science.

Work experience from Mikkeller and Brewdog and founder of To Øl in 2010. Commissioned the installation of Warpigs and BRUS. Produced the worlds first freeze dried beer, spearheaded mixed culture fermentations at To Øl and recipe development. Currently heading EtOH Spirits, a company that is changing barrel ageing with accelerated ageing of spirits, focusing on wood and spirit chemistry.
