Terms and conditions for Short Courses

Find information below about cancellations, refunds and invoicing for our short courses.

 

If you register less than four weeks before the course starts, your registration is binding. Consequently, you will be liable for the full course fee, even if you are subsequently unable to attend the course.

 

If you are unable to attend the course, you must email your cancellation to lifelonglearning@adm.ku.dk. 

Cancellation no later than 4 weeks before the course start date

If you cancel no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course, the course fee may be refunded.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course start date

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, the course fee is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a colleague. You must notify us of the transfer by email at lifelonglearning@adm.ku.dk. 

 

Once the course has started, the course fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

 

 

We will issue your invoice after the registration deadline for the relevant course has passed.
